🚫 Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This Anti-Spam / Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of ConvoDash. By using our platform, you agree NOT to engage in:
❌ 1. Sending unsolicited WhatsApp messages
- No bulk messaging without user consent
- No use of purchased, scraped, or rented contact lists
- No cold-message blasts without prior opt-in
❌ 2. Prohibited content
- Fraudulent or misleading content
- Adult, hateful, violent, or abusive content
- Illegal products or services
- Financial scams, crypto scams, MLM, etc.
❌ 3. Violating WhatsApp Business API policies
- Low-quality templates or high block rates
- Bypassing template approval rules
- Misrepresenting identity or impersonation
❌ 4. Overloading system resources
- Automating non-compliant workflows
- Triggering abusive API calls

ProspeRise Education LLP reserves the right to:
- Rate-limit accounts
- Suspend messaging temporarily
- Terminate accounts permanently
- Report abuse to WhatsApp/Meta
