Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, renewals, and billing disputes are handled for subscriptions purchased on ConvoDash (“Platform”).

By using our services, you agree to this policy.


1. No Refund Policy

ConvoDash operates on a subscription-based SaaS model.
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made are final and non-refundable including but not limited to:

  • Subscription fees
  • Add-on credits
  • Additional phone number charges
  • Automation or API usage fees
  • Message charges (if applicable)
  • Plan upgrades

Refunds are not provided for:

✔ Partial month/year usage
✔ Remaining days in your billing cycle
✔ User mistakes (wrong message, wrong audience, automation errors)
✔ WhatsApp number blocks/bans
✔ Policy violations by the user
✔ Not using the service after purchasing
✔ Auto-renewal charges (if renewal was not cancelled in advance)

This applies to all payment modes: UPI, cards, Razorpay, net banking, and wallets.


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your ConvoDash dashboard.

Once cancelled:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next cycle
  • Your automation, templates, and API access may pause after expiration
  • No refunds are issued for unused time

3. Auto-Renewal

All paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

To avoid renewal charges:

  • Cancel the subscription BEFORE your next billing date
  • After auto-renewal, refunds cannot be issued

4. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades

  • Upgrades take effect instantly
  • The difference amount is charged immediately
  • No refunds for previous plan balance

Downgrades

  • Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle
  • We do not refund any part of the current subscription

5. WhatsApp Business API / Meta Compliance

Refunds are not provided in cases where:

  • Your WhatsApp Business number gets restricted, flagged, or banned
  • Your templates get rejected
  • Your campaigns are paused by Meta
  • Your quality rating drops
  • Meta temporarily blocks messaging

These are external factors controlled by Meta, not by ConvoDash.


6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a user files a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • The user’s ConvoDash account may be suspended immediately
  • All data, templates, and automation flows may be locked
  • Repeated disputes may lead to permanent termination

To resolve issues faster, contact our support team directly.


7. Exceptions

We may consider a refund ONLY under exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Double-charging due to technical error
  • Accidental payment processed more than once

Each case will be evaluated individually.
