Data deletion

Data Deletion Instructions Last Updated: 8 May 2026

ProspeRise Education LLP (“ConvoDash”) believes in giving you full control over your data. If you wish to remove your account, revoke Meta permissions, or delete your customer data from our servers, please follow these instructions:

Option 1: Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your ConvoDash Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account.
  3. Click the “Delete Account” button.
  4. Confirm the deletion. This will instantly wipe your account details, chatbot flows, and customer lists from our active Firebase database.

Option 2: Disconnecting Meta Access To simply stop ConvoDash from accessing your Facebook Page, Instagram Account, or WhatsApp API:

  1. Go to your Facebook/Meta Business Settings.
  2. Navigate to Business Integrations.
  3. Find ConvoDash in the list and click “Remove”.

Option 3: Manual Request You can email our Data Protection Officer at support@prosperriseeducation.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include your registered email address and WhatsApp Business Number. We will process your complete data purge within 7 business days.
