Affiliate Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms: By generating an affiliate link, you agree to enter into this legally binding agreement with Prosperrise Enterprises (operating as ConvoDash).
2. Approved Promotion & No Spam Policy: You may promote ConvoDash via your own websites, social media, and client networks. You strictly may NOT use unsolicited mass messaging (spam) via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS to promote your link. Doing so will result in an immediate ban.
3. Misrepresentation: You are an independent affiliate. You may not present yourself as an employee, founder, authorized agent, or official customer support representative of ConvoDash.
4. Self-Referrals: You cannot use your own affiliate link to create secondary accounts for your own businesses in an attempt to gain a discount or commission.
5. Payout Minimums & Audits: Affiliate withdrawals require a minimum available balance of ₹1,000. All payout requests are subject to manual audit to prevent fraud. We reserve the right to delay or cancel payouts if suspicious or fraudulent signups are detected.
6. Right of Termination: Prosperrise Enterprises reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account and void any pending commissions immediately and without warning if any of these terms are violated.
