Welcome to ConvoDash, an omnichannel messaging SaaS platform provided by ProspeRise Education LLP (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal and business data when you use ConvoDash to automate WhatsApp and Instagram messaging through the Meta Cloud APIs.
By using ConvoDash, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
A. Account Information When you register on ConvoDash, we may collect:
- Full Name
- Business Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number (including WhatsApp Business number)
- Password (securely encrypted)
- Address (optional or required for invoicing)
B. Meta API Integration Data (WhatsApp & Instagram) When you connect your business channels via Meta, we may collect:
- WhatsApp Business Account ID & Phone Number ID
- Facebook Page ID & Instagram Professional Account ID
- Access Tokens (encrypted & auto-refreshed)
- Template message metadata
- Webhook events, delivery reports, and message status (WhatsApp and Instagram DMs)
We do NOT access your personal WhatsApp chats or personal Instagram accounts.
C. Customer & Messaging Data To enable automated messaging, you may upload:
- Customer Names
- Phone Numbers and/or Instagram Usernames
- Tags / Segments
- Chatbot flows and automation rules
- Template, broadcast, and Direct Message (DM) content
You retain 100% ownership of your customer data.
D. Payment Information For subscriptions or add-ons, we may collect:
- Razorpay payment identifiers
- Transaction history
- Plan details
We do not store full card or UPI details.
E. Technical Data Automatically collected:
- IP address
- Browser & device details
- Login timestamps
- Feature usage logs
- API call logs
- Crash reports and diagnostics
F. Cookies & Tracking Used for:
- Login session management
- User preferences
- Platform analytics
- Security enhancement
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to operate and improve ConvoDash: ✔ Enable automated omnichannel messaging (WhatsApp & Instagram) ✔ Connect and manage Meta Cloud APIs (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Pages) ✔ Ensure smooth functioning of chatbots, flows & campaigns ✔ Provide dashboard analytics & insights ✔ Process subscriptions and generate invoices ✔ Improve platform performance and reliability ✔ Provide customer support ✔ Send important service updates
We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
3. Handling Your Customer’s Messaging Data
You fully own the customer data you upload. We only process your data to deliver the automation services. We do not message your customers unless triggered by your automation. Message logs and webhook events are stored securely.
ConvoDash complies with:

- Industry-standard data protection practices
4. Data Security
To protect your data, we use:

- Encrypted access tokens

ConvoDash integrates with trusted external services, such as:
- Meta (WhatsApp & Instagram Cloud APIs)
- Razorpay (Payments)
- Firebase / Hosting provider
- Analytics tools
These services have their own privacy policies.
6. Data Retention
We retain data based on business needs and legal requirements:
- Account data → until the user deletes account
- Messaging logs → typically 6–12 months
- Billing/invoice data → as per financial compliance laws
- Tokens → securely stored & frequently refreshed
Users may request earlier data deletion.
7. Your Rights
You may: ✔ Request a copy of your data ✔ Delete your account anytime ✔ Delete customer lists or chats ✔ Revoke WhatsApp & Instagram API permissions at any time via your Meta Business Settings ✔ Opt-out of marketing emails

8. Children’s Privacy
ConvoDash is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
