Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions (T&C) Last Updated: 8 May 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of ConvoDash, an omnichannel messaging automation SaaS platform (WhatsApp and Instagram) owned and operated by ProspeRise Education LLP (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By accessing or using convodash.com, prosperriseeducation.com, or any ConvoDash service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to ConvoDash and all related tools & services.
  • “User”, “You” refers to anyone creating an account or using our services.
  • “Customer Data” refers to phone numbers, Instagram handles, messages, templates, and data you upload.
  • “Meta Cloud APIs” refers to the API services provided by Meta Platforms Inc., including the WhatsApp Business API and the Instagram Messaging API.

2. Eligibility

To use ConvoDash:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must own or have explicit permission to use the WhatsApp Business Number and/or Facebook Page & Instagram Professional Account you connect.
  • You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, Instagram Developer Policies, and Meta Platform Terms.

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate our Terms.

4. Meta Cloud API Integration (WhatsApp & Instagram)

By connecting your WhatsApp Business number or Instagram account:

  • You authorize ConvoDash to manage messaging automation on your behalf.
  • You grant access to send messages, receive webhooks, and read delivery reports for the connected channels.
  • You must use only pre-approved WhatsApp templates where required by Meta.

We do NOT access your personal WhatsApp chats or personal (non-professional) Instagram accounts.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use ConvoDash for spam, fraud, or unlawful activities.
  • Send messages (broadcasts or DMs) without the recipient’s consent.
  • Use purchased or scraped contact lists.
  • Circumvent WhatsApp Business rules or Instagram Messaging rules.
  • Abuse API limits or create fake automation traffic.

Any such activity may result in immediate account termination.

6. Ownership of Data

All customer data you upload remains 100% yours. We only process it to deliver automation. You are solely responsible for having consent to message your customers.

7. Subscription, Billing & Payments

  • ConvoDash operates on subscription plans.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • All paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • No refunds are issued for partial usage, violating Meta rules, or non-compliance suspensions. (Full refund policy will be provided separately.)

8. Fair Usage Policy

We may restrict or suspend accounts that:

  • Send large volumes of unsolicited messages.
  • Trigger unusually high API abuse or block rates.
  • Cause system stress or security risks.

9. Intellectual Property

ConvoDash platform UI, code, documentation, and branding belong to ProspeRise Education LLP. You may not copy, resell, modify, or rehost our platform.

10. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime, but do not guarantee:

  • Zero downtime
  • Zero errors
  • Zero service interruptions Meta API outages may affect messaging delivery, which is beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

ProspeRise Education LLP is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue due to message delivery failures.
  • WhatsApp number bans, Instagram account restrictions, or shadowbans.
  • User mistakes (wrong messages, wrong audiences).
  • Data loss due to account deletion.

Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate WhatsApp, Instagram, or Meta policies.
  • You violate our T&C.
  • You engage in illegal or unethical messaging. You may delete your account anytime.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of ConvoDash means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
